Welcome to Birdy. By creating an account or using the Birdy application and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Use of the Service

Birdy is a disc golf companion application that allows users to track rounds, compete with other players, view live course activity, participate in ranked matches, and interact with friends and other players.

By using Birdy, you agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully.

 

2. User Accounts

Certain features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your account secure. You are also responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Birdy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Users may upload content such as profile pictures and gameplay-related information. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Birdy permission to display and use that content within the service.

Birdy includes leaderboards, rankings, and competitive matchmaking systems.

Birdy reserves the right to remove fraudulent results, reset rankings, and suspend accounts involved in cheating, exploitation, or abuse of the platform.

By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information described in these Terms and Conditions and related Privacy Policies.
